We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns of purchased products that meet the following characteristics.
You have a maximum of 3 days to request a return from the date you received the items.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order at the front desk and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Once we receive your return, the items will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:
- Items must be in the condition they were in when we shipped them, including but not limited to: undamaged, original labels, unused and/or worn, and all original packaging included.
- Items must be shipped within 3 days of receipt of your Return Label. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Once we process your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the items, minus shipping costs to and from you, by issuing your site credit (ELECTRAGIFTS credit) for use in future purchases, unless otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
Be sure to include only the items that will be returned in your shipping box.
If your return request is not approved by us for any reason, we will notify you of our decision by email.
